I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough!

In my time working in the security industry, I have come across few companies that take staff welfare and circumstance seriously.
From initial introductions with Pinnacle Risk Consultancy, owner Tracy Webster and her teams they were all professional, efficient, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire deployment. The task was worked in a way that suited everyone, which is almost unheard of! Any questions apropos the task were answered and dealt with promptly, lending credence to PRC’s ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.

The sheer capability of PRC in its endeavour to meet client expectations, and at the same time maintaining a high degree of staff satisfaction, is unparalleled in my experience. If you’re an individual or a company seeking excellence for specialist security, you’ve found your mark.

Thank you kindly to the PRC team, it’s been a pleasure.

From the very first interaction with Pinnacle Risk Consultancy and indeed with Tracy, I have been met with a very professional, courteous and friendly attitude. Communications have always been prompt especially in regards to any questions and queries that I may have had. As an employer they are one of the best I have worked for in this industry ensuring that everything always runs smoothly and that payments for services are always prompt. I cannot applaud them enough for the way in which they conduct themselves or their business and would highly recommend them to both those looking for work in this industry or to those seeking the services that Pinnacle Risk Consultancy have to offer.

I’ve been employed several times by Pinnacle Risk Consultancy as a close protection officer based in the UK and the Indian Ocean. Each task has been well structured, with the finer details being taken care of efficiently to ensure the highest calibre of individuals are chosen with careful consideration to provide the client with a strong, diverse, robust and experienced team. The Director Tracy has a wealth of experience, combined with her professionalism and softer skills she is able to get the best out of every situation, delivering realistic and high standards to not only the client but all of her operatives.

This was my first time working for Pinnacle Risk Consultancy. I received a very pleasant call from the owner Tracy Webster to ask my availability and I was on a plane flying out in less than 24 hours. With such a short turnaround I was astounded by the high level of communication/organisation which ensured the mobilisation phase and departure were both seamless. Upon arrival an operational briefing took place with regard to our roles and responsibilities. I fully commend the Team Leader, Mission Commander and the Company owner with regard to the efficiency of this mission. This company really do pride themselves on staff welfare, support and service delivery to the client. It was a pleasure to be associated with such a professional company and I look forward to continuing a working relationship in the future.

I was recommended to contact Tracy Webster, Director and Owner of Pinnacle Risk Consultancy back in January 2019. I required an experienced female executive close protection asset for my clients travel movements in the UK and Europe. After forming an excellent working relationship with Tracy over several months of planning we finally worked together early June 19 for a two-week period.  It was an absolute pleasure working with Tracy, our industry needs more women like her in this field as her exceptional customer service skills and personality along with her operational experience were an instant “fit” with my client his wife and their children. Pinnacle Risk Consultancy is the best company to use when it comes to a client wanting professionals that can seamlessly blend into their lifestyle and provide a great ROI (return on investment) in keeping them and their family safe, happy and productive.

From a Royal Military Police background it is always refreshing to work with other self- minded, hardworking and task focused professionals. The Pinnacle Risk Consultancy tasks I have been deployed on have been both diverse and fast moving, however Director Tracy Webster’s direction and support has never faltered. Tracy has amazing drive, and her commitment in delivering excellent service is at all times beyond reproach. Her enthusiasm, passion and professionalism makes her one of the strongest female Company Directors I have had the pleasure to work with in this industry. I believe her vision and continued strive for excellence will continue to strengthen the business stance of Pinnacle Risk Consultancy, making them a leading competitor in the specialist security industry.
